Zach received his degree in Information Sciences and Technology with a specialization in Design & Development from Penn State University in 2015. After graduating he began his career by jumping with both feet into information technology support for a managed service provider. He joined the SDC team in 2017 as the a member of the Support Technician team.

At SDC Nutrition, Zach is responsible for literally everything tech related inside the building, managing our custom coded intranet, and establishing processes for internal reporting.

Mr. Shaffer plays a pivotal role in making sure members of the team have access to the data and communication tools they need to make everyday decisions. One of his goals this year is to continue to update our internal infrastructure when it comes to synergies between technology, reporting, and operations.
